How long does delivery take?
The moment you place your order you will receive an email with your order confirmation. If you place your order before 13:00, we will start processing it the same day. Processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday) and shipping time is 3-6 business days (Monday - Friday). Shipping is free with us within the UK.
What is your return policy?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our return address. We recommend sending your return with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages. Once we receive your package, we will refund your money to the original payment method within 7 days.
Can I cancel my order?
We try to start working on each order as soon as possible, so if you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, because once the shipment is processed or shipped it can no longer be cancelled.
What happens if I receive the incorrect product?
If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us at info@yumafashion.com and describe the problem, attach photos of the product and your order number. Our customer service team will help you resolve the situation.
How much are the shipping costs?
We currently offer free shipping to our customers in the United Kingdom.
Where is my package?
The moment we send your package you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can then track your order HERE. We are very sorry if your order is delayed. It is possible that it has been delayed for reasons beyond our control such as weather or holidays. Please trust that we do our best to deliver packages on time, but if your order does not arrive 3 business days after the maximum delivery time, please contact us.
